The Neko - Cat

The cat, this time by Jo Nakashima ! It's very more beautiful than the other cat and more realistic. This model wasn't really hard. The more difficult part was the curved fold between the forelegs and hind legs. It was very fun to do and again, the result is beautiful!

The Jumping Frog

The origami jumping frog, what a classic model! That frog isn't long to do and it's really fun to play with it! It worth the five minutes!

The Flapping Duck

Hi! Here's the Flapping duck! Designed by Robert J. Lang ! That model wasn't really long to do and pretty easy...but you have to know the sink technique (I show how to do it in the crane tutorial) and there are many reverse folds. Nice and fun final result!

For the diagrams, go buy "Origami in action"!
I recommend it! There are many action models here!

The Pteranodon/Pterodactyl

I finally finished it! After a complete evening and a complete morning! It was by far my hardest model...and by far the coolest! It was my 2nd dinosaur (my 1st was a tyrannosaur) and I don't regret it! It's an action model: when it flaps its wings, its mouth opens and closes. I made a little video to show you these actions. I highly recommend you to (try to) fold it!

The Aquilegia Flower

I enjoyed making this model! It is not really hard and it's really fun to do because of the curls you have to do for gather the eight modules. The final result is beautiful and nice for a gift.

The Bonsai box

The Bonsai box is quite easy but, some steps are a little bit tougher. The result is nice but it isn't my favorite, but still fun to do.

The origami Yoda

Yoda, the most powerful jedi, the wisest and the most provide, now in a folded square of paper! He was my favourite character in the Star Wars Saga. That model seems really difficult but it isn't...just really long and A LOT of pre creasing. So, as he said: "Try not. Do, or do not. There is no try". For now, that's my favorite model.

The modular Cube

My second modular model! This time, I did not fail this model. I think that it is very well made (for a beginner in modular). With the modules you can make two other models : Octahedron and the Icosahedron. That's a really nice one for beginners in modular.

Here's the tutorial made by origaminut (for the Octahedron and the Icosahedron): CLICK HERE

The Cuboctahedron (Jitterbug)

First of all, I just want to say that it was my first modular model. So, I know! It's quite ugly but, for my first time  in modular, I think it's not that bad! Maybe I'll retry sometime...in a bit easier model! This Cuboctahedron is made by 8 Tung Ken Lam’s jitterbug modules.

After, since it is an action model, I tried to position itself in a "diamond". But all the modules was detached so here's what it has become

The Cat

A model that I really enjoyed doing because it's not too complicated or too easy. It is "in the middle" : that model is perfect for those who want a little challenge while having fun to do it.

The Twitter Bird

Hello! That's the Twitter Bird/Canary by JoNakashima! This model is pretty easy and fun to do. Sorry for the quality of the photo and the model --> I had to restart it something like four times because the paper was in the wrong side.

The Origami Crane

The Origami Crane is the most traditional model in the Japanese Art. I chose that model to become a nice tutorial because there is almost every folding type. I added the Sink to the back of the crane to show you how to do it. I hope that tutorial will help you!

The Christmas Tree

Hi! That's the Christmas Tree! That's a pretty nice model because it's simple, you can do as "floors" as you want, and you can put it in decoration near your real Christmas tree. It will add beauty in your christmas gifts unpacking!

The Venus Flytrap

Hello! Here is the Venus Flytrap! That is one of my favorite models because we can interact with it. By pulling the two tabs, the "mouth" will open and close. I've found that model pretty easy to do since it's basically a simple step repeated multiple times.
